When you leave the airport drive towards Malaga.
Look out for exit towards Motril og Almeira after a few kilomerters. Drive past Malaga and stay on the highway for about 50 km. Leave the highway at exit number 277, Algarrobo. In the roundabout take the 3. road towards Algarrobo town, drive through the small town of Algarrobo and continue up the mountain through Sayalonga to Cómpeta. It is a scenic route with lots of hairpin bends of 16 km.
At the sign of Cómpeta take a sharp right further up the mountain towards Torrox. The turn is in the middle of a hairpin bend. Take the 2nd road on your left hand going uphill. There is a sign saying "Carril de Circumvalation" and Plaza Carmen.
Follow the road and IGNORE the first sign to ’PLAZA DEL CARMEN’ on your left hand (It leads to a very steep and narrow street).
Continue straight ahead until you reach a statue with a deer surrounded by olive trees and oleander flowers. Turn left, downhill, by the statue. After 100 meters you arrive at Plaza del Carmen where we have arranged for someone to meet you who will take you to our house.
We which for a good and safe journey

CALL your contact person when you reach the exit 277 at Algarrobo, so they know when to meet you at Plaza del Carmen with the keys. DON’T use GPS around Cómpeta, it is incomplete, unreliable and tends to lure you down narrow steep streets.
